Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFO

Tacorsports tries its best to ship out your products in the most timely and cost effective way possible. We are not responsible for any delays resulting from weather, strikes, or any conditions out of our control. Normally,Merchandise is shipped via EMS ePacket  A street address of either a residence or business is required for delivery. P.O. Box or APO addresses are acceptable for shipping. All orders take about 1-2 business days to process. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an attempted delivery was made and the customer was not at the location to receive the shipment, the customer will be held responsible for Redelivery fees. 

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

We offer free standard  shipping on all orders via EMS ePacket. Standard shipping takes 12-20 business days to arrive at your delivery destination. If an attempted delivery was made and the customer was not at the delivery destination to receive the shipment, the customer will be held responsible for Redelivery fees. If the order has begun production or happens to be en-route to its delivery destination at the time of cancellation, the customer will be held responsible for all (shipping to and from delivery destination) shipping costs. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all items approved for return. Customer must receive a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to a return. The customer is responsible for providing proper packaging and the return shipping of this Return Item. The refund of the Free Shipping product will be less the actual shipping cost and the 20% Restocking Fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Tacorsports is not liable for any damages on the Return Item caused in transit, such damage claims are between the carrier and the customer.


US WAREHOUSE SHIPPING

Since we have warehouse in US,some customer in US may receive good from local,it take 3-7 day only.


IMPORT TAXES AND TARIFFS

You are responsible for all import duties and duties that may be charged when the article passes through customs. When your ordered goods arrive in your country, you must pay taxes. We advise you to familiarize local tax regulations before ordering. We cannot give you advice or information about your country's tax rates and tariffs. If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us. You are also liable for any import duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
